Nebraska is facing the challenges of messaging to the public about the risks of problem gambling. The rising demand of problem gambling support is prevalent, despite the many barriers like cost, access and stigma that prevent people from seeking help.

To increase awareness and encourage people to learn more about their gambling or their friend/family’s gambling, we developed and updated the Nebraska Problem Gamblers Assistance Program website to be nonjudgmental, accessible, and friendly. We also created Huskers game-day activation materials
